With the arrival of our EVO Lab, a space entirely dedicated to creativity and the art of pizza, we’re excited to introduce the EVO Pizza Workshops — hands-on experiences designed for anyone who wants to discover (and taste) the world of authentic, artisanal pizza up close.
Whether it’s for a team-building activity, a private event, or an original gift idea, our workshops combine fun, collaboration, and genuine Italian flavor.
What to Expect
•Knead, stretch, and bake your own pizza under the guidance of our EVO team
•Learn the secrets of dough, fermentation, and high-quality ingredients
•Enjoy your creation at the end of the experience
When
Workshops are available every day from 13:00 to 15:00/15:30, except on Mondays.
Group Size
Private groups
If you’re a group of 12 or more, contact us to book a private experience. Ideal for friends, celebrations, or team activities.
Individuals & small groups
To make the experience accessible to everyone, we host two open events each month, open to individuals, couples, and small groups.
The event takes place once 12 participants are reached and is limited to a maximum of 16 people.

Price
Basic Option: €40 per person (drinks not included)
All-inclusive Option: €55 per person with unlimited drinks (house wine, beer, and soft drinks)
