We are Demis, Riccardo, and Daniele, three enthusiasts of the restaurant industry, a sector we’ve been involved in since our youth. Through various experiences in Italy and abroad, we have vigorously pursued growth to acquire a deep understanding of the nuances of international preferences, modernizing our products while preserving their authenticity with carefully selected ingredients.

Since 2017, we have decided to settle in the Netherlands, where we found people intrigued by our culinary proposals. This prompted us to start our own business and gave life to EVO, our little corner of paradise where we can unleash our creativity in total freedom, which we can’t wait to share with you!
